Our next Death Café date for your diary…

Posted on February 28th, 2018

Have you wanted the freedom to discuss all the matters of life and death over a cup of tea and slice of cake?

Well now you can when our next Colchester Death Café’s opens its’ doors on Tuesday, April 17th between 7-9pm at The Oak Tree Coffee House.

Our previous Death Cafes have had great feedback and our guests have enjoyed the opportunity to talk freely about taboo subjects across a broad range of issues.

We give you the opportunity to share your experiences and why you are attending before the chance to interact with others on an open platform with likeminded people.

The open forum tends to lead to discussion around a diverse range of topics about coping with death, the logistics of dying, how to behave around people who are terminally ill to what happens when somebody dies and how to enjoy life to the full.

Lee will be on hand to run proceedings and field questions regarding the logistics of funerals and caring for those that pass away, if required.

The Death Cafe movement has spread across the globe with nearly 5,000 cafes opened around the world.

Our April Death Café is completely free and you can book your place here.
